Quality & Compliances
Our Quality Policy
Engineer pogo-pin connections that are low-resistance, long-life, and repeatable at scale—verified by auditable systems, traceable data, and reliability testing across every build.
Certificates & Standards
We believe the highest quality is forged through testing. Every pogo-pin program is validated electrically, mechanically, and environmentally.
Quality Management
ISO 9001:2015 — Company-wide quality system for consistent processes, documented controls, and continual improvement.
Environment & Safety
ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental) + ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational H&S) — Programs to reduce environmental impact and protect workers, with measurable objectives and audits.
Industry-Specific Quality
IATF 16949:2016 (Automotive) + ISO 13485:2016 (Medical Devices, targeted 2025) — Sector requirements for risk management, traceability, and regulatory compliance in automotive and medical builds.
Hazardous Substances & Materials
QC 080000:2017 — Process management to control and document hazardous substances (e.g., RoHS), ensuring compliant materials across the supply chain.
Reliability & Lab Testing
01
Electrical & Mechanical Testing
Force–travel curves, contact-resistance measurement, insertion/withdrawal forces, and long-cycle durability tests to verify stable contact and wear over time.
02
Environmental & Durability
Temperature–humidity exposure, thermal shock, salt-spray corrosion, waterproof/flush checks, and vibration/abrasion to validate real-world robustness.
03
Materials & Plating
Build repeatable products with data-driven QA, certified systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, IATF 16949:2016), and a Taipei–Vietnam supply flow that shortens lead times while reducing waste and environmental impact.

Traceability & Data
Every production batch gets a simple lot number (date + line + batch). A job sheet follows it through each step. We save what matters under that number: material source, plating run, check photos, size readings, and force/torque test results. The same lot number is on the shipping label, so we can trace any issue fast. Records are kept safely for at least five years (longer if you need).
Reliability Credentials

We set clear life targets by use case (e.g., wearables 10–30k mates, handheld/POS 20–50k, docks 50–100k+; final targets agreed in the spec). Pass means the part stays within resistance and force limits after testing; fail means it drifts outside limits or shows damage.

Sampling & Acceptance
For every production lot, we follow a simple, agreed sampling plan. Acceptance rules are clear: critical defects—none allowed (they affect safety or function); major defects—none allowed (e.g., missing plating on the tip, bent pins, or flatness out of spec); minor defects—small cosmetic marks allowed within set limits (e.g., a tiny scratch not visible at 30 cm). Photos show exactly what is and isn’t acceptable.
Process & Control Plan

Your build follows a clear path: design for manufacturability → engineering builds → design validation → pilot run → mass production. At each step we have a control plan (what to check, how often, who signs), risk reviews (failure-mode checks with actions), and marked inspection points on the line. Changes are logged and only released after customer approval.
