Mission & History
Aitronice™ is an expert in pogo-pin manufacturing. Headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan, with a Vietnam customer-service office, we partner with leading brands from early DFM and sampling through to volume fulfillment. Our focus is singular: engineer spring-loaded connections that are low-resistance, long-life, and reliable for blind-mate use at scale.
We bring deep expertise in tip geometry, spring mechanics, plating stacks, and validation. Typical design targets include ≤20 mΩ contact resistance and 1M+ mating cycles, supported by clear derating, test plans, and traceable documentation (CoC, RoHS/REACH).
Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (quality), ISO 14001:2015 (environment), and IATF 16949:2016(automotive), reflecting disciplined processes from engineering through shipment.
