Saijin Industrial Park (Huizhou, Zhongkai) is a 25,000 m², end-to-end site—molding, CNC turning, stamping, MIM, pogo-pin assembly, and QA—built for fast DFM and stable volume.

Audited to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 with labs for force–travel, contact resistance, plating-thickness, and environmental testing; full lot traceability.

Engineering & Scale

300+ team using APQP/PPAP methods; rapid samples to predictable mass production, with monthly output in the tens of millions of pins.

Built on Advanced Equipments

Our factory pairs advanced equipment with strict testing to deliver parts that are precise, clean, and consistent. From machining to plating to final packing, every step is controlled and traceable so your builds run smoothly and last longer.

Precision Making, End to End

Computer-controlled turning and milling, custom stamping, and both metal and plastic molding. Clean prep and heat bonding give tight fits and smooth finishes for small, repeatable parts.

Advanced Circuit and Plating Lines

High-speed drilling, photo exposure, and full-length plating lines form sharp circuit tracks and even coatings. Results: steady signals, strong bonding, and long service life.

Smart Testing for Real Use

Cameras and gauges check size and surface at many steps. We test force, wear, heat and cold, humidity, vibration, and salt and sweat. X-ray and cut-section tools confirm coating and build quality.

Clean Assembly, Safe Packing

Bright, dust-controlled halls handle fine assembly. Vision-guided packing with clear labels links every box to its test data. Anti-static, moisture-safe packaging keeps parts ready for your line.
